To prevent treadmill malfunctions, Technogym requires non-looped (isolated) Hots/Neutrals/Grounds which means one individual branch circuit for each treadmill. Do not "jumper" a single wire from one circuit to the next.

Technogym cardio equipment other than treadmills are designed to be used on a standard electrical line. The daisy chain cords allow the connection of 5 machines from a single electrical source and must be ordered separately.

Do not modify the power plug provided with the equipment. If the power plug does not fit the electrical receptacle, have a proper receptacle installed by a licensed electrician. Electrical supply may fluctuate in your area. To ensure stable performance of the product, we require the following wire gauges based on the distance between the single treadmill and the circuit breaker panel.

50'= 12 Gauge wire 100'= 10 Gauge wire 150'= 8 Gauge wire 200' = 6 Gauge wire

Please confirm that you have read and understand the electrical requirements for your particular pieces of equipment.

TV/VIDEO Technical Requirements

The following requirements apply only if you bought Cardio equipment with integrated touchscreen displays (Unity Platform).

In order to secure the Kinesis Personal onto the wall, the following items are required (disregard if you have not purchased a Personal Kinesis unit). Agree with each of the following:

Technogym recommends that 2, 2x8's are centered horizontally at a width of no less than 48 inches wide (centered with machine), at heights of 9 inches from the ground and 81 inches from the ground.

If the required electrical features, video source/cabling, and internet connections are not available at the time of installation, the client will be responsible for additional installation charges associated with the return visit(s).

Additional charges are applicable for deliveries requiring the use of a hoist or other special equipment. Without prior notification additional charges are applicable for equipment disassembly required for small doorways, narrow passages, small elevators, access delays or constraints.

Technogym is not liable for any damage that may result when removing/installing security doors. Once an agreed installation date is established with the Delivery & Installation Coordinator any changes to the agreed upon installation date or delays in delivery at Customer request may result in storage fees.
